I was very skeptical about this service at first since they cancelled my original appointment the day before, and stated I needed to call to reschedule after I had already waited 3 weeks for my appointment. The day it was rescheduled the technician Kevin, showed up well within the service window, was very knowledgeable and respectful. Before he even got to work on my machine he had an idea of what the problem was & was able to fix it.
